Location: Irvine, CA
Salary: $105,000 - $125,000 / year plus 10% target bonus

Position Summary
We’re seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to play a key role in shaping the company’s financial strategy and performance. This position supports all aspects of budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and management reporting, while contributing to strategic initiatives that drive growth and profitability.
The right candidate will be a proactive, adaptable finance professional who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Success in this role requires both analytical expertise and the flexibility to manage shifting priorities and ad hoc requests from leadership.
Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as a financial partner to regional and senior operations leaders, supporting all budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting activities.
- Lead the annual budget and financial planning cycle , developing detailed financial models and branch-level projections.
- Track and interpret key financial metrics, investigate performance variances, and provide data-backed recommendations for improvement.
- Convert financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights through effective analysis and presentation.
- Deliver concise, accurate monthly management reports highlighting financial trends and performance drivers.
- Contribute to the long-term strategic planning process and assist with financial modeling for business growth initiatives.
- Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive financial information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial insights with broader business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
- Skilled in financial planning and reporting tools ; familiarity with Planful / Host Analytics and Power BI is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel , including financial modeling and scenario analysis.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to synthesize complex data into meaningful conclusions and recommendations.
- Comfortable managing large data sets and multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to operate independently in a collaborative environment.
- Certified Corporate FP&A Professional designation a plus.
