Voice Teacher
AT LEAST 2 years of teaching and lesson preparation experience with children to adults
Earned or working towards Bachelor's Degree in Music, Education highly preferred
Demonstrate comprehensive ability and experience in VOICE/VOCAL PERFORMANCE and a strong foundation in Music Theory (Knowledge & Experience with other instruments is a plus!)
Effective communication skills, organizational and interpersonal skills
Open to training and professional development in a team environment
Must be flexible and able to adhere to the teaching schedule provided
Must be willing to conduct lessons both virtually by means of video-communication platforms (eg. Zoom) AND in-person.
Must have reliable transportation to studio Responsibilities:
Conduct weekly private lesson instruction for voice
Private lessons conducted for children through adults and beginner to advanced level
Report on students' progress and workload
Advise students and parents on goal setting, improvement, and encouraging fun and inspiration with music instruction
Must volunteer time to assist and participate in annual performances and recitals
Willingness to contribute to a committed teaching staff team
Employment Type: Part-Time
Salary: $ 18.00 25.00 Per Hour
