Packer / Palletizer

MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF GENERAL LABOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Connect Staffing is seeking an experienced Packer/Palletizer for a plastics manufacturing facility located in Ontario, CA .

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm. Overtime may be required based on production needs.

Requirements of the Packer/Palletizer associate:

• 1 year of recent general labor or packing experience

• Must pass a drug screen and background check

• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours)

• Ability to lift 35–50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift

• Must have reliable transportation

• Ability to read and understand English (verbal and written)

• Prior experience in roles such as Packer, Palletizer, Material Handler, Production Associate, Warehouse Worker, or General Laborer is a plus

Responsibilities of the Packer /Palletizer associate :

• Pack plastic products according to order specifications

• Palletize and shrink-wrap finished goods for shipping or storage

• Manually lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.

• Perform visual inspections and remove any defective or damaged products

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation

• Follow verbal and written work instructions
