Housekeeping Dispatcher

JOB OBJECTIVE
The Dispatcher plays an important role in communicating and working closely with mainly the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance Departments. Other Departments will also require assistance as it relates to Housekeeping matters. The Dispatcher will be cross trained in various positions for a deeper understanding of the overall Housekeeping Operations to ensure smooth daily operations and add value to Post Ranch Inn’s Total Guest Experience.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- 1 year experience in an administrative role, preferably in a Housekeeping department
- Must have a proven track record of providing unique guest experiences
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Possess excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and telephone etiquette
- Basic computer skills required (Google Workspace including Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must have effective verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Valid driver's license
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to use repetitive hand and body motions on a regular basis such as grasping, writing, typing, listening, hearing, and visual acuity
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time on varying ground levels with stairs on a regular basis
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more on a consistent basis and to bend, stoop, stretch, climb and squat frequently to fulfill a range of manual tasks
Pay rate for the Housekeeping Dispatcher position is $21.00-23.00 per hour
