Calendar Clerk
Goldberg Segalla, a dynamic and collaborative law firm with a national presence, is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join its team in its Orange County office as a full time Calendar Clerk providing superb administrative support for our Workers' Compensation team. This position is responsible for calendaring hearings and deadlines on behalf of the State of California Workers' Compensation attorneys.
This role requires the employee to work 100% onsite. Job Description:- Maintain and regularly update Workers' Compensation court calendars
- Reviews scanned documents and records, identifying essential deadlines and information to be noted by attorneys
- Perform daily docket searches to ensure that all relevant filings are calendared.
- Profile and save emails in iManage for Workers Compensation Attorneys
- Exercise knowledge of legal documents and terminology
- Assumes responsibility for maintaining the highest level of confidentiality of all firm records and files.
- Associate's degree or equivalent legal support experience of 1-2 years working in a law firm.
- Experience in a calendaring department and/or strong administrative skills is a plus!
- Ability to timely and accurately calculate deadlines in various jurisdictions
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Expert in industry-standard calendaring tools
- Proficiency in online court databases
- Ability to take initiative in handling projects and anticipating needs
- Exceptional organizational skills

The hourly salary range for this position is $22.00 to $26.00. Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and other job related factors permitted by law. This position also offers a full benefits package.
