Key Responsibilities
- Build rapport and establish trust to consistently close high‑quality sales
- Manage and convert a steady flow of inbound leads through a structured sales process
- Conduct property showings while following a defined, consultative sales approach
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate and timely records within the CRM system
- Represent a trusted, award‑winning brand with professionalism and integrity
Qualification
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Client‑focused mindset with strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Highly results‑driven, self‑motivated, and accountable for performance
- Experience managing inbound leads and maintaining an active sales pipeline
- Comfortable conducting one‑on‑one sales consultations in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience using CRM systems to track activity and manage opportunities preferred
