MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF GENERAL LABOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Connect Staffing is seeking an experienced Packer worker for a plastics manufacturing company located in Ontario, CA .

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm. Overtime may be required based on production needs.

Requirements of the Packer associate:

• 1 year of recent general labor or packing experience
• Must pass a drug screen and background check
• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours)
• Ability to occasionally lift 35–50 lbs. from floor to waist
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to read and understand English (verbal and written)
• Prior experience in roles such as Packer, Assembly Line Worker, Production Associate, General Laborer, Warehouse Associate, or Manufacturing Assistant is a plus

Responsibilities of the Packer associate :

• Pull, pack, weigh, and label plastic products based on daily orders
• Follow written and verbal instructions using shipping documents or production schedules
• Inspect and identify defective items before packaging
• Ensure all products are clean, properly packaged, and sealed per clean room standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following clean room protocols
• Occasional lifting of plastic materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
