About the Role

We're seeking a Demand Generation Manager to drive data-driven marketing strategies that attract, engage, and convert target audiences. In this role, you'll own key areas such as SEO, paid advertising, marketing analytics, email campaigns, and full-funnel marketing forecasting. Your work will directly fuel business growth and contribute to building a scalable, high-performance marketing engine.

This is a fully remote position, but you must be available to work 8 AM - 5 PM Pacific or Central time zones.

This is a highly hands-on role. If your recent experience has been focused on managing teams rather than directly executing marketing campaigns, this may not be the right fit.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Execution - Develop and implement strategies to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and drive high-quality leads.

Paid Advertising Management - Optimize Google Ads and other digital ad campaigns to maximize ROI through targeted strategies, compelling ad copy, and A/B testing.

Google Tag Management & Analytics - Oversee Google Tag Manager implementation for accurate tracking and reporting. Build and maintain dashboards to measure campaign effectiveness and marketing KPIs.

Full-Funnel Forecasting - Develop models to predict lead generation, conversion rates, and marketing pipeline contributions.

Marketing Automation & CRM (HubSpot) - Serve as the HubSpot administrator, managing workflows, lead scoring, automation, email campaigns, and data hygiene.

Email Campaign Development - Create and optimize email templates, nurture sequences, and segmented campaigns to increase engagement and conversions.

Cross-Team Collaboration - Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on goals, messaging, and performance metrics.

A/B Testing & Optimization - Conduct experiments across marketing channels to improve performance and efficiency.

Budget & Resource Management - Oversee the demand generation budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across campaigns.

Industry & Market Research - Stay up-to-date with trends in digital marketing, inbound marketing, and relevant industry developments.

Additional duties as assigned.

What You Bring

Education & Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred. A minimum of 7 years in demand generation, digital marketing, or related roles is required. A portfolio showcasing your past work is a plus.

Results-Driven Mindset: Proven ability to drive impactful, multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate leads and revenue growth.

Strong Communication Skills: Ability to convey insights, strategies, and performance updates effectively across different teams and stakeholders.

Analytical & Data-Savvy: Experience with marketing analytics, HubSpot, Google Ads, and performance measurement.

Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented: Strong project management skills with a focus on execution, efficiency, and meeting deadlines.

Tech-Savvy & Adaptable: Comfortable learning and working with new marketing tools and technologies as they become available.

Preferred Skills

Experience in the legal or SaaS industries (agency experience is a plus).
Familiarity with multi-touch attribution models and marketing measurement techniques.
Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot.
