Plumbing Senior Project Manager
Plumbing Senior Project Manager – Orange County, CA
Responsibilities:
- Manage large Commercial Plumbing Projects over 5 million
- Meet with Owners, select sub-contractors regularly. As well as communicating with Foreman, Journeyman, QA, and Helpers in the field
- Maintain projects schedule, purchasing, submit change orders/RFI’s, project billings, and monitoring work activity and coordinate with superintendents
Requirements:
- Prior field experience and/or Bachelors in Construction or similar preferred
- Over 8 years managing large 5 million + Plumbing projects
- Prior experience working with MS Excel, BlueBeam, MS Project and/or Estimating software preferred
- Know CA Plumbing Codes and ASPE Requirements
- Stable work-history
- Local
