If so, we are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual like you to join our dynamic team at Petra Risk Solutions in Orange, CA! Daily Responsibilities: Audit and reconcile carrier invoices to ensure accuracy Prepare and ship employee benefit materials Provide support for open enrollment meetings Maintain and update client files Update COBRA rates with TPAs following renewals Assist with database software transition Other duties as assigned Required Skills: Experience in servicing life and health insurance accounts Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Bilingual (English-Spanish) skills are preferred Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid insurance license
