SECURITY DISPATCHER

United Guard Security is seeking a Security Dispatcher to become an integral part of our team. Dispatchers are responsible for receiving and responding to calls. Dispatchers need the ability to quickly process the information that was communicated to them by the guard and deliver the right information to the branch managers or supervisors.

Starting Pay: $19.00 hourly
Location : Gardena, CA
Schedule: Tuesday/Wednesday 10:30pm-6:30am & Sat/Sunday 2:30pm-10:30pm
(Graveyard and Swing Shift)

Requirements/ Key Skills

• 2 years of Security Dispatch experience.
• Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word.
• Strong verbal, problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• The ability to coordinate and perform several tasks simultaneously.
• Must read, write and speak English - Bilingual is a plus (spanish speaking).
• Customer service skills.
• Scheduling Experience preferred.
