• Bachelors Degree in supply chain, international business, finance or similar.
• 7+ years of experience in Trade Compliance / Logistics Operations Compliance
• Licensed Customs Broker U.S. or similar professional trade certifications.
• Strong knowledge of Customs regulations, import and export classification, free trade agreement and training skills.
• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem solving with experience in risk management processes and gap analysis.
• Proficient at multi-tasking, well organized and reliable for consistent decision making and follow through.
• Work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver creative and practical solutions to solve complex logistics and impact of current and potential regulatory compliance issues.
• Ability to manage and drive change.
• Experience in Supply Chain Security Program.
• Excellent oral and written communication, facilitation, and collaboration.
• Excellent in research and analytical skills.
• Detail oriented and highly organized with ability to multi-task and minimal guidance.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Supervisar y coordinar los procesos de embarque y transporte de materias primas y producto terminado de la Empresa.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

1. Dar seguimiento de los procesos de embarque y transporte desde su lugar de origen hasta su destino final, asegurando su correcta recepcin, verificando el cumplimiento de los programas, regulaciones y legislaciones en materia de comercio exterior y aduanas.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:

1. Experiencia en obtencin y administracin de programas FAST, C-TPAT y NEEC.
2. Experiencia avanzada en clasificacin arancelaria y cdigos de clasificacin ante la aduana.
3. Alta habilidad de negociacin y obtencin de resultados bajo presin.
