Product Manager - Digital Health Team

FocusKPI is seeking a Product Manager - Digital Health Team to join one of our clients, a high-tech SaaS company.

Work Location: Mountain View, CA (Hybrid role, 4 days/week onsite)
Duration: 12-month contract with potential to convert depending on the candidate's performance
Pay Range: $75/hr to $85/hr

Responsibilities:

• Define and align on North Star and supporting metrics for multiple product areas (growth, engagement, retention, monetization).
• Partner with product teams to set analytics requirements during product development, ensuring instrumentation and event logging are accurate, consistent, and scalable.
• Collaborate with the Data Analyst and Data Science teams to design and prioritize dashboards for executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Build and maintain a cross-product measurement framework to ensure comparability and clarity of metrics across the client's apps.
• Partner with Engineering to ensure data quality, event tracking, and instrumentation meet business needs.
• Influence senior leadership by translating data into insights , highlighting trade-offs, and guiding strategic decisions.
• Drive a culture of data-informed decision-making across product teams.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence , preferably at scale.
• Bachelor of Science/Master's in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Demonstrated experience in defining and operationalizing key product metrics .
• Strong understanding of data instrumentation, event tracking, and experimentation frameworks .
• Proven ability to partner with analytics, engineering, and executive teams to deliver insights that drive business impact.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data concepts for executives.
