Billing Coordinator

Position Overview:
The Billing Coordinator will be responsible for preparing invoices, communicating with customers regarding payments, and ensuring all billing records are accurate and up to date. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable handling multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and process invoices accurately and on time.
- Communicate with customers to collect outstanding payments and resolve billing issues.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
- Maintain billing records in Workday and QuickBooks .
- Reconcile accounts and assist with accounts receivable tracking.
- Support the accounting team with month-end and year-end processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in billing or office administrator
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Compensation: $30.00 per hour
