What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead ATE test development using Advantest 93K testers for high-performance semiconductor products.
• Design and implement advanced test programs and flows, ensuring comprehensive coverage and reliability.
• Create and execute electrical failure analysis test programs to identify and resolve product defects.
• Develop and apply new test methodologies for project qualification and product release.
• Collaborate closely with design, product, and QA teams to align testing strategies with business goals.
• Document test results, analyze data, and provide actionable feedback to drive continuous improvement.

• Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in semiconductor test engineering.
