We are looking to hire a full time HVAC Comfort Advisor professional to visit customer homes and offer them the best solutions for their HVAC needs and advising customers on the purchase of new heating and air conditioning products.

- A valid Driver’s License
- Punctual
- Driven Sales Professional with experience in direct sales, product knowledge and people skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow directions from supervisor to complete required tasks to promote company growth and attend weekly staff meetings
- Basic computer skills
- Physical ability to climb, navigate small spaces, and lift up 25 lbs.
- Seek out leads on your own if needed
- Be comfortable cold calling
- Pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.
- Be responsible for customer satisfaction and maintain a high degree of credibility.

Experience:

• 2-3 years of previous HVAC sales experience
• 3 years of sales experience (preferred)
• Professional demeanor + appearance
