Express Events is a premier event planning and event rental company in Southern California. We specialize in bringing fun and exciting events, activities, and attractions to the cities and communities on the west coast. Our office and warehouse headquarters in Temecula is home to a fast-growing and exciting team of individuals that work together to make all the fun happen.

For this particular position we are need of a highly organized person that can handle administrative processing, entering numbers, assisting in the processing of payroll/timesheets, accounting type tasks and more. We will provide training, but we are looking for someone that has natural organization talent and is highly attentive to detail.

Duties - Perform general clerical tasks such as data entry and filing.- Basic accounting and payroll inputting and assistance- Assist visitors at the front desk- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors- General Assistance with Customers Booking/Reserving Items on our Website- Assist with event planning and coordination- Customer follow up calls and booking confirmation calls with clients.

Experience - Previous experience in a clerical role preferred- Account or Payroll, Timesheet Processing, Etc is preferred- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail- Familiarity with computer software programs such as Microsoft Office

As a Clerical Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Attention to detail organizational skills are a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
