### **About the Role**

We are a growing media company managing several niche websites. We are looking for a **Part-Time Virtual Assistant (20 hours/week)** to serve as a "human-in-the-loop" for our AI-driven content and assist with our e-commerce and marketing operations.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on topics you genuinely love. Because our content is specialized, having a natural interest in cooking, tea, and travel is essential for success in this role.

### **Your Responsibilities**

**1.AI-Assisted Content Operations:**

* Help set up and manage AI automation for content creation.
* Take AI-generated first drafts and transform them into high-quality, "human-perfected" articles by proofreading, editing, and optimizing for SEO.
* Explore ways to use AI agents to streamline our email marketing and communication.

**2.Platform Management:**

* Perform updates and manage content across **WordPress (Gutenberg)** and **Kajabi**.
* Help build/update marketing assets like landing pages, email campaigns, and sales funnels.

**3.Amazon Store Support:**

* Update product descriptions and A+ content.
* Maintain the storefront and product cards to ensure our brand looks its best.

**4.General Team Support:**

* Assist other VAs with tasks such as creating graphics in **Canva Pro**.
* Schedule videos on YouTube and help manage community comments.
* Conduct research on new topics to keep our content fresh and accurate.

### **Business Hours & Compensation**

* **Hours:** 20 hours per week.
* **Schedule:** Flexible, though we prefer most work to be completed Monday–Friday. We value clear communication—if something comes up, just let us know!
* **Pay:** $400-600 USD per month.
* **Benefits:** Two weeks of paid time off (PTO) per year.

### **The Ideal Candidate**

* **Proactive Problem Solver:** You work well independently and have a burning desire to learn and grow.
* **Tech-Savvy:** You have at least 2-3 years of VA experience and are comfortable with (or eager to master) WordPress, Kajabi, SEO, AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) and Social Media (FB, IG, Pinterest, YT, TikTok).
* **Impact-Driven:** You care about the quality of your work and making a positive impact on our audience’s lives.
