FHN is seeking a passionate Pediatrician to join our dedicated team at the Burchard Hills Family Healthcare Center. This is an opportunity to join an established, respected department where you will guide the health and development of our community's children—from newborns to young adults. You will practice in a supportive, multi‑specialty environment that values clinical autonomy, continuity of care, and the deep relationships found in a close‑knit community.

Opportunity

• Compensation Range: $239,275 - $340,296
• Manageable Volume: See an average of 16 patients per day , allowing for meaningful patient interactions and comprehensive care.
• Collaborative Environment: Join a diverse, multi‑specialty clinic that serves as a one‑stop medical home for families. You will practice alongside colleagues in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Obstetrics/Women’s Health, Podiatry, Sports Medicine, Orthopedics, and Wound Care , fostering seamless referrals and professional collaboration.
• Flexible Weekly Schedule: 4‑5 day/week schedule allowing you to have a healthy work/life balance.
• On‑Call Requirements: Minimal on‑call requirements shared amongst IM/FM providers.
• Robust Support: Practice in a well‑resourced clinic with experienced nursing, dedicated administrative staff, and on‑site ancillary services including lab, imaging, and physical therapy.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified in Pediatrics.
• Current Illinois medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required (due to delivery attendance).
• A passion for providing high‑quality, compassionate care based on respect and dignity in a rural healthcare environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a cooperative spirit for team‑based care.
