About the Role

Are you a machine learning engineer inspired to innovate with multimodal and NLP technologies, aiming to impact tens of millions of users? Do you have a deep passion for applying the latest technology to solve real-world problems? We're on the lookout for a researcher in the multimodal/NLP field who is eager to make a significant impact with advanced technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop multimodal content (including video, audio, image and text) understanding and user understanding technologies based on multimodal and LLM technology.


• Innovate in automated content generation for various modalities like video, audio, image and text.


• Devise new solutions to enhance search and chat experiences, and pioneer new products centered around generative AI.

Requirements

• MS degree with 2+ years of experience or PhD in Computer Science or related majors with in-depth knowledge of machine learning technologies (LLM/CV/Video Processing/Audio Processing/Recommendation System/Advertising Algorithm/NLP)


• Expert knowledge in Python and Java/Go


• Familiarity with data storage types, such as MongoDB, Redis, SQL, etc.


• A strong passion for emerging technologies and a proven track record in analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills are highly valued.


• Publications in Machine Learning and LLM are preferred

The US base salary range for this full-time position is listed below. Pay may vary based on a number of factors including job-related skills, level, experience, geographic location and relevant education or training. At NewsBreak, we design our overall rewards package to attract top talents. Depending on the position, the role may also be eligible for discretionary bonus and options.
