Our client, a prominent AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join their expanding Real Estate Practice in Los Angeles . This is an outstanding opportunity for a mid-level attorney to take on meaningful responsibility, work with a diverse client base, and gain hands-on experience in sophisticated real estate transactions.
Candidate Profile
- JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
- Active Bar Admission in California , in good standing
- 3+ years of substantive experience in real estate transactions
- Experience representing developers , owners , investors , and lenders in financing, development, and investment matters preferred
- Demonstrated experience with loans , joint ventures , entity documents , and leases
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently on client matters and collaboratively within a team environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Prior practical business experience in the commercial real estate industry is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on a wide range of real estate transactions , including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, joint ventures, and leasing
- Draft , review , and negotiate transactional documents , including purchase agreements, financing documents, joint venture agreements, and leases
- Provide strategic counsel to clients on structuring complex real estate investments and developments
- Collaborate with partners and other team members to manage client matters efficiently
- Participate in all stages of transaction execution , from initial diligence to closing

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Salary : Expected annual salary range of $190,000-$210,000 , as determined by experience and market factors
- Eligibility for profit-sharing and a discretionary bonus
