Administrative Project Coordinator

Seeking an Administrative Project Coordinator to support field technicians and management in planning, tracking, and executing multiple projects. This role requires strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with management and technicians to set project goals and timelines • Track and document project progress using Excel and reporting tools • Schedule technicians and manage logistics for field work • Monitor outsourcing activity, including scheduling and inventory • Support help desk with routine service calls • Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed Skills: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities • Proactive, self-motivated team player with a can-do attitude • Strong decision-making under pressure Equal Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected Veterans The Know Your Rights poster is available here: The pay transparency policy is available here: For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, AppleOne is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.
