Overnight Utility Worker

La Costa Glen is currently hiring a full-time overnight Utility Worker to work between 10 PM - 6:30 AM.

• $19.75 - $20.00 per hour based on experience.

The Utility Worker performs a number of kitchen duties, including deep cleaning of kitchen and storeroom areas, pot washing, dishwashing and help maintain the kitchen's cleanliness.

• Understands kitchen equipment's and how to clean them properly.
• Must have knowledge of cleaning chemicals and the MSDS book.
• Cleans kitchen thoroughly daily, including mopping floors at designated times.
• Stores food and non-food supplies.
• Sets up the dish and pot washing area.
• Prepares for dish washing and washes pots, dishes and utensils.
• Distributes and stores clean pots, dishes and utensils.
• Cleans and sanitizes production equipment, work surfaces and kitchen according to cleaning schedules and procedures.
• Empties trash containers as required.
• Keeps storerooms, freezers and refrigerators clean.

Requirements:

• Must have a health card.
• Must be able to work overnight.
• Must be self-reliant and have the ability to stay on task.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
• Ability to set up and operate dish washing equipment.
• Legally Authorized to work in the United States
