401k Food & Wine is an award-winning, fully gluten-free restaurant and wine bar in Venice. We are looking for a dependable line cook to join our small team immediately.
What We're Looking For:
• Experience working a professional kitchen line
• Ability to work clean, organized, and efficiently
• Strong sense of urgency and teamwork
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Responsibilities:
• Prep and execute menu items to recipe and standard
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
• Assist with prep and station setup/breakdown
• Work closely with chef and front-of-house team
