Work Location Type: On-Site
Salary Range: $20.00 - 21.00 per hour
Professional Qualifications
· High School Diploma/GED
· Experience in Accounting Payable/Receivables
· Proficient in Excel/NetSuite
· Excellent customer service and communication skills.
· Bilingual - English/Spanish
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities
· Manage Accounts Payable inbox (Daily) .
· Taking phone calls
1. Taking payments
2. Transferring call to appropriate party/department
· Entering checks and post deposit ( Daily)
· Posting appropriate bill payments
· Data Entry
· Weekly check run.
· Communicate with vendors to resolve any issues related to invoices, payments, or discrepancies.
· Ensure accurate and timely invoice processing
· Other Admins duties
