Technical Support Representative (Customer Service)

3-month duration with high potential to extend. Will not convert in 2024. May convert in 2025.
Implementation Specialist 100% onsite Primary duty will be training customers on our proprietary software system.
- Must be comfortable presenting and have people skills/be personable.
- Working on complex process onboarding new accounts.
- Looking for someone who will own the process and be assertive/persistent.
- Will work with sales reps to gather documentation and share outcomes.

- Client Diagnostics is part of Client family of businesses, bringing together exceptional teams of experts and industry leading technologies to support diagnostic testing which provides important information for treatment and management of diseases and other conditions.
- The position of Implementation Specialist is within Client's Toxicology business unit located in Santa Rosa, CA.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist customers through implementation deliverables and provide application/product configuration throughout the product lifecycle
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations and educational sessions
- Become a subject matter expert on the software, implementation methodology, processes and business operations
- Engage team members and leadership in troubleshooting customer issues
- Collaborate with multiple teams across business, including sales, customer service, and IT
- Manage and execute the project from beginning to end and act as the liaison between customers and internal teams
- Communicate project deliverables and make sure that tasks are executed on time, to budget and with high quality
- Provide complete and concise internal reporting for all engagements
- Identify ways to improve specific customer experience with the product; leverage tools and resources to address specific customer needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve specific customer issues based on guidance from leadership; daily interactions with assigned customers
- Provide customer feedback to the product development team
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer facing roles with demonstrated competence
- 2-5 years working experience
- Eager for challenges that explore your full potential and want to develop market leading skills that will accelerate your career growth and progression
- Highly organized and have the ability to manage multiple projects
- Passionate about continuously learning new technologies and skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to effectively engage customer, along with the ability to handle crucial conversations and manage conflict resolution
- Ability to effectively prioritize workload and tasks to meet deadlines
- Time management skills
- Ability to be creative and innovative
- Flexible, and easily able to adapt to change
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- Associate (Preferred)
Experience:
- training customers on our proprietary software system: 2 years (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- troubleshooting customer issues: 2 years (Preferred)
