Full Stack Engineer

We need someone with 2+ years of professional experience in full\-stack engineering who has experience with AI\/LLM systems, ideally voice agents, agentic systems, or conversational AI. You should be comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and wearing multiple hats, and have a track record of taking initiative and shipping quickly. Bonus points if you have founding or early engineer experience at early\-stage startups or a healthcare SaaS\/health\-tech background.

What you'll do:

• Drive the development of AI clinical agents for end\-to\-end care delivery.

• Take ownership of full\-stack development across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  
  
• Work closely with the founding team to build and iterate on core product features.
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  
  
• Develop and deploy real\-time systems, telephony, or voice processing solutions.
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  
  
• Lead initiatives to integrate with EHR systems and ensure HIPAA compliance.

• Build and optimize systems that outperform residency\-trained medical staff in handling costly tasks.
