• Flexible availability, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in driving daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Motivate, coach, and train sales associates to maximize performance.
• Lead by example through active selling and exceptional customer service.
• Monitor KPIs, sales metrics, and team performance.
• Assist with scheduling and staff management.
• Oversee inventory control, restocking, and merchandising standards.
• Ensure visual presentation aligns with brand expectations.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and effectively.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
