Au Pair

Role Description: We are looking for a responsible, kind, and energetic au pair to help care for our [number] child(ren) [ages]. Your role will primarily involve childcare duties, light household tasks, and engaging activities that promote learning and fun.? Responsibilities: * Providing daily care for our child, including meals, playtime, and naps. * Preparing and serving vegan meals and snacks for the child. * Engaging in fun, creative, and educational activities such as arts and crafts, reading, and outdoor play. * Assisting with bath time and bedtime routines. * Helping with light household tasks related to the child, such as tidying toys, washing dishes used for meals, baby laundry, and organizing play areas. * School drop-offs and pickups if applicable. * Encouraging positive behavior and emotional development. * Occasional babysitting in the evening, to be discussed in advance.? Requirements: * Experience with children, whether formal or informal, such as babysitting, tutoring, or working in childcare. * A genuine love for kids and an ability to engage with them positively. * Non-smoker and drug-free. * A driver's license and a good driving record preferred but not mandatory. * Comfortable living in a vegan household. You do not have to be vegan, but we request that no non-vegan food be brought into the house. * Basic English skills or willingness to improve if English is not your first language. * A sense of adventure and willingness to explore life in California with our family.?
