Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.

As an Interaction Designer, you’ll rely on user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading user experiences—from concept to execution. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $151,000-$222,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities
Partner with cross-functional teams to gain an understanding of the problem space, explore opportunities, and solve problems.
Drive the design process from ideation to execution, ensuring that all designs are user-centered and meet the needs of our users.
Develop conceptual models, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and leverage UX research to inform design decisions and validate concepts.
