Full-Time Onsite Apartment Manager (83 Units)

Market-Rate Apartment Community

Location: N. Fuller Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90046 (Near Sunset Blvd.)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week
Compensation: Free Studio Manager's Unit (4th Floor) + $2,300 Monthly Salary

Join our professional property management team as the Full-Time Onsite Apartment Manager for an attractive 83-unit market-rate apartment community located just minutes from Hollywood. This well-maintained community features desirable resident amenities, an onsite cleaning crew, and support from our corporate management team, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional resident service and maintaining high operating standards.

Manager's Housing

• Free studio manager's apartment located on the 4th floor
• Pets are welcome, subject to company policies and applicable community rules.
• Two assigned gated parking spaces

Essential Responsibilities

• Conduct daily property inspections and identify maintenance needs.
• Coordinate repairs and follow up to ensure timely completion.
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents and respond to resident concerns.
• Show available apartments and process rental applications and lease agreements.
• Coordinate and oversee vendors and contractors to ensure quality workmanship.
• Work closely with the onsite cleaning crew to help maintain clean, safe, and attractive common areas.
• Maintain accurate property records and communicate regularly with ownership and the corporate management team.
• Help ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable housing laws.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent, continuous onsite apartment management experience (within the last 2 years).
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and professional property management practices.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email. AppFolio experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Experience with rent-controlled communities is preferred.
• Ability to perform light physical tasks as needed, including minor cleaning, inspections, and unit showings.
• Ability to manage daily operations in a professional and organized manner.
