Staff Accountant
The Appropriate Connections is a master at Audio/Video and other electronics System Integration. We are looking for a Staff Accountant as we achieve unprecedented growth. The best candidate will be detail oriented, accurate, and work well independently. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for job cost data entry, general filing and assisting with general accounting activities as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Construction project labor and materials data entry
- Assistance with A/R collections
- Invoice data entry
- General office assistance, as needed
Requirements:
- 2 years accounting or job cost experience
- Solid computer skills
- Ability to work under tight time constraints with a high degree of accuracy
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
- Strong communication skills
- Must have GREAT customer service to be able to work with our clientele
