We are currently seeking applicants for the position of:
Regional Marketing Manager - MOSFET / Semiconductors
The Regional Marketing Manager will promote and support Vishay's MOSFET / semiconductor portfolio to new and existing customers across the Americas. This role acts as the technical extension of the division, serving customers and field sales within the region. Responsibilities include presenting to all company levels, developing go-to-market strategies based on market demands, growth opportunities, regional practices, pricing strategies, and customer roadmaps.
Job Location: This is a remote position, preferably for candidates on the West Coast.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain technical relationships with customers in the assigned territory.
- Create business plans to meet revenue goals aligned with division objectives.
- Formulate sales strategies focusing on growth products and key market segments.
- Monitor competitors and develop competitive analysis reports.
- Participate in negotiations and provide feedback to capture new business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and meet revenue targets.
- Prepare and organize sales and customer presentation content.
- Serve as the first contact for technical questions regarding assigned products.
- Assess the competitive environment and develop growth plans.
- Manage sales budget and identify new design opportunities.
- Identify customer application needs and promote relevant products.
- Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies.
- Maintain competitive market pricing.
- Travel frequently for business development, trade shows, and meetings.
Qualifications:
- Technical understanding of Vishay's products, applications, and value propositions.
- Ability to identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Business acumen and regional business practices knowledge.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven with project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in electronic or electrical engineering or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in semiconductor sales, marketing, or business development.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
