Commercial Real Estate Acquisitions - Remote | WFH
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Acquisitions Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of sourcing, analyzing, and closing off-market commercial real estate deals. This position requires an individual who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make an impact with their sales and negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities:
As an Acquisitions Manager, your role will be central to securing and advancing investment opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include: Cold Calling & Lead Generation Reach out to property owners and brokers, identifying potential acquisition opportunities.
Build rapport and generate interest in selling through persuasive, professional conversations.
Confidently handle objections and resistance to move deals forward.
Lead Management & Follow-Up Track and organize leads within the CRM to ensure no opportunities are overlooked.
Prioritize hot leads and develop strategies to move them closer to a successful deal.
Consistently follow up with warm leads, nurturing relationships and maintaining momentum.
Market & Property Research Perform basic underwriting and due diligence on potential acquisitions.
Research property values, market trends, and comparable sales to assess opportunities.
Process Improvement & Ownership Mentality Continuously refine outreach and follow-up strategies to improve outcomes.
Collaborate creatively with the team, sharing new ideas and improvements.
Take pride in your work and consistently aim to over-deliver. What We're Looking For:
We are seeking someone who is: Experienced in Commercial Real Estate (CRE) - Whether through a brokerage, an investing firm, or a similar role, you should have hands-on CRE experience. Residential real estate experience is acceptable if you have solid CRE knowledge.
A Sales Enthusiast - You are a natural conversationalist who can close deals without being pushy.
Persuasive & Confident - You excel at building rapport, handling objections, and influencing decisions.
Highly Organized - You can effectively manage and prioritize hundreds of leads using a CRM.
Detail-Oriented - You take careful notes, document calls properly, and ensure no details are overlooked.
Self-Motivated & Proactive - You take ownership of your role, work independently, and always seek ways to improve.
