FOH Manager
- Lead the Floor: Assist with daily FOH service operations, ensuring our standards are not just met, but exceeded.
- Coaching: Provide in-the-moment feedback to employees to maintain excellence.
- Daily Readiness: Execute pre-shift meetings, taste plates, and venue walkthroughs to ensure the team is primed for success.
- Culture Champion: Foster a positive, people-focused environment that keeps team morale high.
- Growth & Reviews
- Labor & Scheduling: Work with leadership to hit labor targets and adjust schedules based on business flow.
- Inventory Management: Manage weekly dry goods ordering, oversee storeroom organization, and ensure packaging targets are met.
- Problem Solving: Act as a bridge between the floor and upper management, communicating operational needs promptly.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a high-volume environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to coach.
- A lead-from-the-front mentality—you aren't afraid to jump into the weeds when necessary.
- High organizational standards and an eye for detail.
- Actively manage the pulse of the dining room. You are responsible for ensuring every guest interaction reflects our culture—vibrant, attentive, and consistently excellent.
