Summer 2026 Intern - Production Finance
Key Learning Outcomes
- Understanding of production finance in a live sports environment
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking
- Exposure to payroll processes and timecard administration
- Insight into production logistics, purchasing, and reconciliation
- Development of organizational and analytical skills
- Assisting with studio, remote, and PBTV production forecasting and planning
- Supporting payroll processes, including timecard verification and administrative tasks
- Helping coordinate travel logistics for production teams
- Assisting with production purchasing and expense reconciliation
- Current college student eligible for academic credit
- Interest in finance, accounting, or media operations
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Currently a junior or senior enrolled in an accredited college or university
- At least 18 years of age
- Available to be fully on site in our Santa Monica office
- Able to commit to a minimum of 15-20 hours per week and 2 days per week
