Cable Assembler II

work hours: 6 AM - 3 PM
education: High School Responsibilities Key Responsibilities
- Technical Assembly: Cut, strip, crimp, and tin wires using both automated machinery and manual hand tools.
- Component Integration: Insert contacts into connectors, install back shells, and apply heat shrink tubing or tie wraps.
- Advanced Builds: Build harness boards and perform flat ribbon cable assembly and soldering.
- Quality Testing: Conduct visual inspections, electrical testing, and pull tests on completed wires and devices.
- Maintenance: Assist with preventive maintenance on production equipment to ensure smooth operations.
