Position Overview As a Cable Assembler, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of cable production—from cutting and stripping raw wire to final testing and inspection. You will work with complex drawings and bill of materials (BOM) to ensure every harness is built to exact customer specifications. Apply Today! Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Assembly: Cut, strip, crimp, and tin wires using both automated machinery and manual hand tools.

• Component Integration: Insert contacts into connectors, install back shells, and apply heat shrink tubing or tie wraps.

• Advanced Builds: Build harness boards and perform flat ribbon cable assembly and soldering.

• Quality Testing: Conduct visual inspections, electrical testing, and pull tests on completed wires and devices.

• Maintenance: Assist with preventive maintenance on production equipment to ensure smooth operations.
