Schedule: Monday–Friday
Pay Range: $18.00–$23.00 per hour (based on experience, skills, and qualifications)
Job Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Collision Auto Parts, comprised of three entities that operate distribution facilities across California and New Mexico, is a leading value-added distributor of certified and non-certified aftermarket collision repair parts. COL’s product categories include bumper covers, grilles, fender liners, hoods, tail lamps, head lamps, and related components.
Collision Auto Parts utilizes a robust fleet of trucks to deliver parts to customers daily. Through strong supplier partnerships and a dedicated focus on customer service, the company has built trusted relationships with national and regional MSOs and local collision repair providers.
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Hayward. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for customers placing orders by phone, providing product information, checking availability, and ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from customers placing orders for automotive parts and accessories
Provide product guidance, availability, pricing, and compatibility information based on vehicle make, model, and year
Enter and process sales orders accurately in the company’s ERP or order management system
Verify part numbers and stock levels using internal databases or supplier catalogs
Suggest alternative or replacement parts when appropriate
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to confirm delivery timelines and resolve fulfillment issues
Respond to customer inquiries about orders, returns, or warranties professionally and promptly
Document customer interactions in CRM systems for accurate recordkeeping
Meet or exceed performance metrics such as order accuracy, response time, and customer satisfaction
Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
1–3 years of customer service or inside sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and terminology preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/order entry systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, NetSuite)
Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Excellent communication and listening skills
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.; reasonable accommodations may be made for qualified individuals with disabilities
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
