Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapy License required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Client requires availability for a full-time schedule of 36 hours per week as noted in order details.
• Ability to comply with a 14-day cancellation notice policy as specified by the client.
