Position Overview
UFC GYM Recovery Attendant is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience and delivering great member service in our Recovery Centers.

We Offer

• Compensation : Commission and bonus based on sales and performance.
• Flexibility : Depending on client needs, we will prioritize your scheduling preferences. We have multiple shifts for you to choose from.
• Growth : We provide online certifications and training. Select courses provide required CEUs to renew your certification(s).

Responsibilities

• Focus on changing lives through Service, Science, and Sales.
• Be a brand ambassador of UFC Gym and its Train Different philosophy.
• Bring T.R.A.I.N (Timely, Ready, Aware, Inspiring, Noble) to life.
• Conduct safe and effective Recovery sessions using our state of the art modalities.
• Maintain the organization and neat presentation of the Recovery Center.
• Respond professionally to requests and inquiries from guests, members and staff.
• Sell subscriptions to the Recovery Center and provide introductory session for members and guests.
• Assist members and encourage member involvement in the Recovery Center.
• Ensure accurate administration of client programs (dotFIT, supplements, and modality usage).

Qualifications

• Current dotFIT certification (or in progress).
• Current CPR/AED certification (or in progress).
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Background in customer service and sales.
• Ability to work, setup, and execute successful weekends.
