We are seeking a detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to support quality assurance and quality control activities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring products, assemblies, and processes meet quality standards, customer requirements, and production goals.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, technically skilled, and experienced in manufacturing quality systems and inspections. Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Engineering and Production teams to ensure high-quality product delivery
Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections
Review assembly procedures, test procedures, drawings, and schematics
Support Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions (RCCA)
Monitor and improve in-line QA processes and production flow
Create and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
Work with internal teams and external vendors on quality-related issues
Identify nonconformities, quality trends, and process improvements
Maintain accurate inspection and quality records
Participate in product testing and validation activities
Support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred
(Equivalent experience considered)
4+ years of Quality Control / Quality Assurance experience
2+ years of manufacturing experience
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, electronics, and production processes
Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Familiarity with inspection methods and measuring equipment:
Calipers
Micrometers
Gauges
CMM equipment Knowledge of:
Incoming inspections
Final inspections
Process validation
Change control procedures
Proficient with Microsoft Office Skills & Attributes
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Hands-on technical mindset
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Physical & Work Environment
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the workday
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Warehouse/manufacturing environment
Moderate noise levels
