Restaurant General Manager - Special Events and Catering Venue
Description
NextGen Hospitality Solutions is searching for a talented Restaurant General Manager to lead our Special Events and Catering Venue in Marina del Rey. This full-time, on-site position offers a unique opportunity to manage a vibrant team and create exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all events are executed flawlessly while maintaining high standards of service and quality. You will play a key role in shaping the guest experience, driving sales, and fostering a culture of excellence within the team.
We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $105,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development in the thriving restaurant industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant and catering venue
- Oversee event planning and execution, ensuring client satisfaction
- Lead, train, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Maintain inventory control and manage vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Analyze financial reports and implement cost-saving measures
- Foster a positive team environment and promote professional growth
Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
