Your Role: Renovation Technician

As a Renovation Technician you'll work on small to large-scale renovations of our large apartment communities and their surrounding amenities.

To be successful, candidates should have solid skills in:

• Rough carpentry, including framing, siding, and decking
• Construction work for exterior renovations
• Water damage repair
• Basic electrical, welding, and plumbing experience.
  

Please NOTE: Candidates must have good transportation, valid license, and have previous experience with basic tools. Background and drug-screen will be required at hire. Other requirements include:

• Moving and transporting heavy objects, as needed
• Bending/stooping/walking repeatedly over time and throughout your community.
• Ascend/descend stairs and ladders as required.
• Ability to exchange information and communicate with Company employees and the general public by speaking/reading/writing English.

Schedule

• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Days Off: Saturday and Sunday

Compensation & Perks

• Hourly Pay: $26.00-$28.00/hour DOE
• Monthly Cell Phone Allowance: $100/month
