Sales Coordinator
Bilingual Sales Coordinator (English/Spanish)
Full-Time | $22–$28/hour + Bonuses | High Earning Potential
We are looking for a driven, people-focused closer who knows how to build trust, influence decisions, and get results.
This role is NOT for someone who just wants a routine front desk job.
We want someone who is motivated by performance, confident discussing money, and excited to grow their income.
If you’ve worked in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or any high-volume people environment — and you know how to connect with people quickly — you’ll thrive here.
No industry experience required. We train you. You bring the drive.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Connecting with patients and building immediate trust
- Explaining services in a confident, simple, and persuasive way
- Helping patients move forward with decisions (this is a sales role)
- Discussing pricing and payment options comfortably
- Following up and closing opportunities
Schedule
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) — required
- Strong personality and confidence when speaking with people
- Natural ability to influence, persuade, and close
- Comfortable talking about money without hesitation
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Sales experience is a plus — but not required
- Someone who wants growth, higher income, and a real career path
- Willing to get X-Ray license
