We’re looking for a Front-End Marketing Director to lead customer acquisition across multiple paid channels from Google and Meta to TikTok, and YouTube. You’ll own everything from funnel creative and offer development to campaign execution, testing, and performance optimization.
What You’ll Do
Own and scale paid acquisition across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, YouTube, and TikTok.
Lead front-end funnel development: from offer ideation and VSL scripting to landing pages, upsells, and CRO frameworks
Manage and Scale full funnel campaigns from cold traffic through conversion and upsell with clear accountability and customer acquisition cost
Optimize media efficiency by managing campaigns in-house, improving testing cycles, and maximizing ROI
Build strong relationships with platform reps (Meta, Google, etc.) to unlock early access tools, beta features, and audience strategy support
Maintain full accountability over 6-figure monthly budgets, tied to strict performance metrics like CPA, MER, ROAS, and LTV
Run structured A/B and multivariate tests across creative, copy, and funnel architecture
Collaborate with R&D, data, product, and compliance teams to ensure scalable, high-converting, and regulatory-aligned funnels
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth leadership for a DTC
Deep, proven experience in at least one of the following channels: Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Google or Display Native with a track record of scaling offers profitably at significant budget levels.
Must have experience scaling paid acquisition funnels for physical product e-commerce DTC, ideally 1M+ ARR brands
Has personally written or directly managed the development of high converting, direct response copy including video scripts, landing pages, ad creatives, and email flows.
Proven success scaling offers to $100K+/mo spend profitably, while managing CPA and ROAS targets
Has either personally managed media buying campaigns on major platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) or led a team of media buyers at scale with a proven track record of scaling spend while maintaining strong ROI and hitting performance targets.
Hands-on ownership of full funnel: creative, landing pages, copy, A/B testing, CRO
Strong analytical and attribution modeling skills, you know your way around dashboards, tracking tools, and performance KPIs

Base: $155k–$175k
Equity: ~$400K (4-year vesting)
Bonus potential tied to performance
Total Comp: $180k - $215K+/year
