Job Summary
We a re seeking a detail-oriented Site Administrator to support the administrative and operational needs of a construction site office in Clarksville, TN. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth coordination between the construction site and home office by handling document control, communication, procurement support, and overall site office management.
Job Description
- Oversee document control processes to ensure timely handling of drawings, correspondence, RFIs, and Change Orders
- Manage site procurement activities including purchase requisitions and invoice review
- Support project management by ensuring accurate and timely documentation
- Lead construction phase setup and demobilization activities
- Coordinate leadership visits, staff housing, and site orientations
- Assist HSES team with safety audits and compliance efforts
- Record and distribute meeting minutes, tracking action items
- Maintain archiving strategy for hard copy and electronic documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple office locations
Skills Required
- Minimum 4 years of experience in construction administration and engineering document management
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
- Experience with Bluebeam preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment
- Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills
- Understanding of construction project documentation standards and workflow
- Technically capable – familiarity with industrial systems like air separation units, water treatment, etc.
Education
- Highschool diploma or GED
Additional Requirements
- S hift: 6 :30am - 5:00pm
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- This is a full-time onsite position – remote work is not available
- Due to safety requirements, proper PPE must be worn at all times on site
- Candidates must be local to the Clarksville, TN area
