Position Overview:
The Operations Manager at OP will oversee the strategic alignment and day-to-day execution of corporate, business, and revenue operations. This role is critical in driving operational efficiency, ensuring the alignment of goals across departments, and enabling the organization to achieve its growth trajectory. The Operations Manager will partner directly with the CEO to align executives, CSMs, Finance, and Talent teams on implementing scalable processes, managing resources effectively, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You become the first line of defense, triaging client or delivery friction before it reaches the CEO or VP layer.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor s Degree in Finance, Data, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations.

  • Zero to one systems builder for multiple problem areas, not a singular program manager.

  • Proficiency in analytical and computational skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated leadership with strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Experience with process design and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Corporate Operations:

    • Vision & Core Principles: Ensure alignment of business operations with the CEO s vision, mission, and guiding principles.

    • Strategic Planning: Lead strategic and GTM planning, ensuring alignment with the corporate strategy and 5-year plan.

    • Financial Planning: Support VP Finance with necessary inputs about annual forecasting, budget allocation, and financial planning in collaboration.

    • Roadmap & Goal Setting: Collaborate with all OP support teams (Finance, HR, Talent Acquisition, Global Delivery, & Product Lines) to develop and maintain cross-functional roadmaps, milestones, and goals; translate strategic objectives into actionable plans.

    • Operational Rhythms: Establish and manage operational rhythms such as weekly check-ins, monthly performance assessments, and roadmap refreshes.

  • Business Operations:

    • Admin Ops: Manage administrative functions, procurement, vendor relationships, facilities, and document management to ensure smooth operations.

    • Project & Program Management: Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects; enforce cost controls and program management rules for key revenue centers.

    • Decision-Making Frameworks: Build and maintain tools/processes to ensure clear and efficient governance and decision-making.

    • OKR Management: Define, track, and evaluate OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) across departments to drive performance alignment.

    • Automation & Tooling: Optimize the internal tech stack to create operational efficiencies and reduce manual overhead.

    • Internal Communications: Drive corporate communications, including CEO updates, leadership messages, and performance reporting.

    • Work with OP Product Teams to deploy AI copilots, chatbots, and smart forms

  • Revenue Operations (RevOps):

    • Enablement: Foster collaboration between Marketing, Sales, and Tech Services, leveraging processes and analytics to achieve revenue goals.

    • Tool Management: Manage tools (e.g., CRM platforms, HubSpot) and workflows to enable effective sales and marketing alignment.

Education:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in business operations, corporate strategy, or program management, ideally within a consulting, technology, or services environment.

  • Proven expertise in financial planning, strategic alignment, and cross-functional program management.

  • Strong understanding of OKR frameworks, decision-making models, and operational governance.

  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities, including C-level engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with enterprise technology environments and service-based delivery models.

  • Knowledge of SaaS business models, RevOps best practices, and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools for project management.

  • Advanced data analytics and business intelligence skills to drive operational insights.

  • Achievement of quarterly and annual corporate goals through effective operational alignment.

  • Timely and accurate execution of financial and strategic planning initiatives.

  • Efficiency gains in internal processes via automation and tooling.

  • Improved decision-making velocity and clarity across teams.

  • Measurable improvements in revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and employee productivity.

  • On-time delivery of strategic projects and initiatives.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.

  • Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.

  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.

  • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
