Product Manager

Salary Range: $70,000-$120,000, based on experience

What You'll Do

Product Launch Management

Drive and oversee the full lifecycle of product launches, ensuring milestones are achieved on schedule.
Analyze trends and data to develop strategies, identify opportunities, and address challenges aligned with business goals.
Evaluate product roadmaps and competitive landscapes to ensure effective market positioning.
Collaborate with teams across product development, supply chain, QA, sales, and client services to align goals and timelines.
Maintain detailed project plans, track progress, and address roadblocks proactively to ensure smooth execution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with peers and cross-functional teams to ensure product success.
Build strong relationships with internal teams and global counterparts to maintain seamless communication.
Manage communication with international teams to align on product launches, updates, and strategic initiatives.
Facilitate smooth information flow across teams and address any cross-border challenges.

Product Ownership and Growth

Take ownership of assigned products, monitoring pricing, analyzing sales trends, and making data-driven recommendations.
Develop end-of-life strategies and capitalize on opportunities to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.

Client Services Improvement

Collaborate with client services to improve response effectiveness and resolution times.
Track and analyze trends in resolution claims to inform product development and improve quality.

Custom Order Management

Manage intricate custom orders with precision, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Work with internal teams to meet unique customer requirements and provide tailored solutions efficiently.

What You Bring

2+ years of experience in product management, project management, strategy, operations, or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills and a critical thinking mindset to assess data and propose actionable solutions.
Proactive and self-motivated with a growth-oriented mindset.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
