Remote Bookkeeper & Admin Assistant (Flexible Schedule) Clone
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable  Bookkeeper & Administrative Support Specialist  to join our team. This role combines core bookkeeping responsibilities with administrative support, including managing business correspondence and documentation.
The ideal candidate is organized, trustworthy, and capable of handling financial records alongside routine document and letter management in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping entries
- Process invoices, payments, and basic account reconciliation
- Assist with preparing financial reports and summaries
- Manage and organize business documents and records
- Support the preparation, formatting, and posting of letters and official correspondence
- Handle data entry and ensure accuracy of all records
- Communicate with internal team members as needed
Qualifications
- Basic to intermediate bookkeeping knowledge (training can be provided)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage confidential financial information
- Proficiency with basic computer tools (Excel, Google Docs, email)
- Good written communication skills for handling letters and documents
- Prior bookkeeping or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
