Tech Lead
As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for guiding the technical direction of projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and mentoring team members. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions.
- Lead the technical design and architecture of projects
- Mentor and support team members in their development
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements
- Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback

- 5+ years of software development experience
- Expertise in software architecture

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
